Introduction to Self-healing by Dr. Leonard Coldwell

The term ‘self-healing’ is referred to as a process of recovery from a psychological condition using one’s own instinct and willpower. The process according to Dr. Leonard Coldwell also refers to one’s ability to help internal system of the body to function better with an aim to heal at a quicker pace and more effectively.

To keep stress away, one needs to be in a deeply relaxed state of mind and body to re-balance the entire system. Self healing makes for an essential part of one’s spiritual existence. It stems from the theory that human body holds the immense capacity to heal a wound or illness itself. The path of self healing should be followed daily to attain desired results.

There are a number of techniques one can use to boost the capacity for self-healing. Meditation, according to Leonard Coldwell MD,  is known to be the most effective of them all. It is also recommended as the initial step to be followed when embracing spirituality.
